Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our core engineering team.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building robust, scalable, andhigh-performance backend systems, web applications, and enterprise services.

The candidate must have strong backend engineering expertise in Python-based applicationdevelopment using frameworks such as Django and FastAPI for developing scalableAI-powered APIs, enterprise-grade backend systems, and production-ready AI applications.

You will be responsible for designing database schemas, architecting microservices, implementing complex business logic, and optimizing backend performance. You should becomfortable with contemporary software engineering practices, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and the capability toindependently interact with clients, understand business requirements, and deliverproduction-ready software solutions with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications andRESTful APIs using Python, Django, and FastAPI.

● Design and develop scalable backend systems and AI-powered APIs using Python,Django, and FastAPI.

● Architect and implement relational and non-relational database schemas(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and optimize query performance.

● Build asynchronous task queues and background processing pipelines using Celery,Redis,



or RabbitMQ.

● Design microservices architectures and maintain enterprise-grade integrationsacross systems.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following PEP 8 standards andsolid software engineering principles.

● Develop RESTful APIs and AI microservices for enterprise integrations and AIworkflows.

● Implement ML pipelines and deploy AI applications in cloud environments(AWS/GCP/Azure).

● Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate AI-drivencapabilities into enterprise applications.

● Conduct code reviews, implement unit and integration testing frameworks (pytest,unittest), and ensure code coverage and quality.

● Stay updated with standard software development practices, tools, and modernPython backend ecosystem developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 4+ years of professional software development experience in Python backendengineering.

● Strong expertise in Python programming and backend application development.

● Hands-on experience with Django and FastAPI frameworks for building scalablebackend systems and AI APIs.

● Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs(Django ORM, SQLAlchemy).





● Proficiency with asynchronous programming concepts, caching strategyimplementations (Redis/Memcached), and background workers.

● Experience with authentication/authorization protocols (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).

● Experience with MLOps, cloud deployment, containerization (Docker,Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

● Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, system design, andscalable application development.

● Ability to independently interact with customers, gather requirements, proposesolutions, and drive execution.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (orequivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

● Experience with GraphQL APIs and WebSockets for real-time applications.

● Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and full-stackintegration.

● Knowledge of message brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

● Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP) and performance profiling.
