- Strategic sourcing of wiring harnesses, connectors & terminals
- Cost optimization, vendor development & negotiations
- Supplier quality management (PPAP/APQP)
- Ensuring timely material availability for smooth production
What We’re Looking For
- BE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in wiring harness or automotive procurement
- Strong technical understanding of harness components
- Hands-on experience with ERP & MS Excel
- Excellent negotiation & analytical skills
