Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 2–5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, purchase order processing, and material coordination to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for manufacturing requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with production, stores, inventory, and accounts teams.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and documentation.
- Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery timelines.
- Assist in cost control and ensure materials meet the required quality standards.




- Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase or procurement within a manufacturing company.
- Practical knowledge of vendor development, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Understanding of raw materials, inventory coordination, and material requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Experience with purchase or inventory software/ERP systems is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹30,000–₹40,000, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
