- Manage daily purchasing activities for tiles, bathware, sanitaryware, CP fittings, and other showroom products.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding product availability, pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules.

- Collect and compare quotations to ensure competitive purchase rates.

- Prepare purchase orders and obtain the necessary approvals.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store and sales teams to identify purchase requirements.

- Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, shortages, and damaged goods.

- Maintain purchase records, supplier details, price lists, and order status reports.

- Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for supplier payments.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors.

- Prepare regular purchase and stock-related reports for management.

Requirements
