We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely availability of materials required for construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate commercial terms and purchase conditions.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with project, site, accounts, and stores teams.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up on pending orders.
- Maintain supplier databases and purchase reports.




- Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
- Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate is preferred.
- Knowledge of vendor management, purchase orders, and inventory coordination.
- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
