Purchase Executive with 3+ year of work experience in required at a reputed real estate organisation located at Andheri, Mumbai

Candidates with experience in purchase management, preferably in the real estate & hotel industry, will be preferred.

- Handle procurement of construction materials and other project-related requirements
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations to negotiate competitive prices and payment terms
- Coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure timely material deliveries
- Prepare purchase orders against approved material indents
- Identify and manage vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supplies
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and pending supplies to avoid project delays
- Maintain purchase records, quotation comparisons, invoices, and procurement MIS

Salary - Rs 9.5 lakh per annum (can be increased slightly)
