Job Opening: Bank Relationship & Property Valuation Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives

We are looking for a confident, qualified, and proactive Bank Relationship & Property Valuation Executive to develop and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions in Bhopal.

The candidate will be responsible for regularly visiting bank branches, meeting branch managers and loan department officials, introducing our property valuation services, generating business opportunities, and coordinating valuation assignments.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional personality, and the confidence to independently interact with banking professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank Visits & Relationship Management

- Visit bank branches, NBFCs, and financial institutions regularly.
- Meet Branch Managers, Credit Managers, Loan Officers, and other concerned officials.
- Professionally introduce and explain our property valuation and inspection services.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with bank officials.
- Follow up with bank officials for new property valuation assignments through authorized channels.
- Maintain regular communication with existing banking clients.

2. Business Development

- Identify potential banks, branches, and financial institutions requiring property valuation services.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase valuation case assignments.
- Explain the company's services, experience, capabilities, and turnaround times.
- Support the company's empanelment and vendor-registration processes where applicable.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for bank visits, qualified leads, follow-ups, and business generation.

3. Property Valuation & Field Coordination





- Coordinate property inspection visits with owners, bank officials, and the internal valuation team.
- Conduct basic property site inspections when required.
- Collect property photographs, location details, and basic site observations.
- Coordinate for timely completion and submission of valuation reports.
- Follow up on pending documentation and valuation assignments.

4. Reporting & Office Coordination

- Maintain daily records of bank visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Share updates regarding potential clients, business opportunities, and assigned cases.
- Coordinate closely with the office team for smooth execution of valuation work.
- Submit daily activity reports and periodic business development updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting and communicating with bank officials and senior professionals.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and convincing presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking, loans, real estate, or property valuation is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Bhopal and surrounding areas.
- Ability to use Google Maps, WhatsApp, email, and basic MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Bank relationship management or banking field sales
- Home loan or mortgage loan sales
- NBFCs, DSAs, or financial services
- Property valuation firms




- Real estate business development
- B2B field marketing or institutional sales

Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Vehicle Requirement

- Own two-wheeler mandatory.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Fuel/travel allowance provided as per company policy.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
