Job Title: Property Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations, manage tenants, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, agreements, and renewals.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Monitor rental collections, outstanding payments, and property expenses.
- Maintain property records, documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with owners, vendors, contractors,



and tenants.
- Ensure properties comply with applicable rules and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in property or facility management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of rental agreements and property documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
