We are urgently hiring a responsible Property Manager to manage daily hostel operations and ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for students.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through online platforms, social media, local marketing, and referral networks.

Handle customer enquiries, property visits, follow-ups, and booking conversions.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and occupancy data.

Supervise hostel students and maintain discipline.

Handle room allocation and attendance records.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of hostel premises

Coordinate with parents, management, and staff when needed

Handle emergencies and student concerns professionally

Monitor food quality and hostel facilities

Good communication and management skills

Experience in hostel administration preferred

Responsible, Patient, and organized personality

Female candidates preferred
