Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Chennai.

The Project

Manager will oversee real estate projects from planning through completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and supervising expediting activities related to materials, approvals, and logistics. The role involves conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, preparing status reports,



and communicating regularly with stakeholders regarding project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management methodologies and tools.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including conducting site Inspection and quality checks in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills, including coordinating vendors, materials, and schedules to support uninterrupted project execution.
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
