Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning to execution and final handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and resource allocation.
- Oversee procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and site installation.
- Ensure quality control, site safety,



and compliance with project specifications.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and prepare status reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 5–10 years of experience in project management or construction execution.
- Experience in prefabricated construction, PEB, modular buildings, or real estate projects preferred.
- Knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, AutoCAD, and project scheduling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Project or Primavera knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.
