Project Manager – Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee building construction projects, manage client relationships, and coordinate site operations from project initiation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client communication, meetings, and project updates.

Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

Monitor labour, materials, project costs, and resource allocation.

Handle client requirements, drawing revisions, additional work, and approvals.

Prepare progress reports and resolve project-related issues.

Monitor billing, payment schedules, and project expenses.





Ensure timely project completion and successful client handover.

Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in building construction and project management.

Robust client communication and team management skills.

Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, estimation, billing, and project scheduling.

Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
