Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage mechanical projects related to Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems

- Handle complete MEP project lifecycle from design review to commissioning - MEP Project

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

- Ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and quality standards

- Monitor site activities and ensure safety compliance

- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

- Manage procurement planning and material tracking

- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and MIS reports

- Resolve technical issues at site and provide effective solutions

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Ability to handle multiple sites/projects

- Project-based billing

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems (hydrant, sprinkler, pump room, etc.) Execution, supervision of project.

- Expertise in Fire Alarm Systems (addressable & conventional)

- Project planning and execution skills

- Good leadership and team management abilities

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools
