Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Interior & Finishing Works with 7–8 years of relevant experience in managing interior fit-out and finishing projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, site management, quality control, cost monitoring, and timely project completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute interior and finishing works from project initiation to final handover.

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.

- Manage finishing works, including flooring, false ceilings, painting, wall finishes, carpentry, joinery, doors, windows, and other interior fit-out activities.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Review and interpret architectural drawings,



interior layouts, and technical specifications.

- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material procurement, and resource allocation.

- Ensure quality standards and approved specifications are maintained throughout the project.

- Monitor project budgets, control wastage, and ensure cost-effective execution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 7–8 years of experience in interior execution, finishing works, and project management.

- Solid knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction methods, and site execution.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
