Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely task completion.

- Understand technical requirements, software architecture, APIs, databases, and development workflows.

- Possess hands-on coding experience to understand, review, and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve coding efficiency and project execution.

- Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct project meetings, sprint planning, task allocation, and progress reviews.

- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

- Ensure proper documentation, testing, deployment, and project handover.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain project management tools such as Jira, Trello,



or similar platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT project management or software development project delivery.

- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on coding experience in one or more programming languages.

- Practical experience using AI-powered development and productivity tools.

- Good understanding of web/mobile application development and software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Experience managing developers and cross-functional teams.

- Solid problem-solving, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and project tracking tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
