Job Title: Project Manager Commercial & Residential Projects

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 15–20 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, planning, budgeting, quality control, resource management, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage commercial and residential construction projects from planning through execution and final handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans to achieve project milestones.
- Oversee civil, structural, RCC, finishing, faade, MEP, waterproofing, and allied construction activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, material procurement, labour deployment, and resource utilization.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and work orders.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, construction safety, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical and execution-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, billing verification,



and contractual deliverables.
- Ensure effective coordination between civil, MEP, finishing, planning, procurement, and quality teams.
- Monitor project costs and implement measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Oversee quality inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15–20 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong experience in commercial and/or residential building construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, residential towers, or large-scale real estate developments.
- Solid knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project planning.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and drive projects to completion within defined timelines and budgets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in both commercial and residential construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project execution and contractor management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety.
- Willingness to work at the project location in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.
