Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced “Program Manager – Digital Program Delivery” to lead “Low-Code/ No-Code CoE project delivery”.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CoE programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Understand program scope, goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines.
- Establish and manage governance structures to oversee program execution.

- Build solid relationships with key stakeholders – internal as well as external

- Implement Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery methodologies

- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
- Resolve conflicts, facilitate decision-making, and maintain program stability.

- Develop and manage program budgets, resource plans, and contracts.




- Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI
- Work with the team and dive into required details to guide them better
- Identify automation and continuous maturity opportunities in the program to improve delivery quality
- Help grow the CoE through presales activities and re-usable assets

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5+ years in digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- PMP, SAFe, CSM, or PgMP certifications are preferred.
