About the Role

DCS Technosis Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically skilled and result-oriented Project Manager with 2+ years of experience in software development, project management, or team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of full stack development, frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, and the ability to manage development teams and deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Lead and coordinate frontend and backend developers and monitor their performance.
- Understand project requirements, technical specifications, and development workflows.
- Manage project timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and stakeholders to communicate project updates.
- Identify technical challenges and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Monitor software quality, project milestones, and development standards.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct team meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Full Stack Development.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development.
- Working knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
- Understanding of .NET technologies and backend development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms,



hosting, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, SDLC, and software application architecture.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology
- BCA – Bachelor of Computer Applications
- MCA – Master of Computer Applications

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in software development, technical project coordination, or project management.
- Experience working with development teams and managing project timelines is preferred.
- Candidates must have a sound understanding of frontend and backend development technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
