Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities at Shakuntal Alentia, Charholi, Pune.
- Manage and supervise a team of at least 10 site engineers.
- Ensure quality, timelines, productivity, and safety standards across construction activities.
- Have hands-on experience in Mivan formwork construction, including site execution and coordination.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with consultants, and resolve site-level technical issues. AutoCAD working is a must.




- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, material consumption, and execution schedules.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
- Must have worked on at least one project using Mivan construction technology.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Proven experience managing and supervising a team of 10 or more engineers.
- Solid understanding of construction quality, site execution, and project scheduling.
- Candidates with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field will have an added advantage.
