Roles and Responsibilities :

- Study the pre -order stage documents (Hydraulics circuit / BOM /QAP / etc which are committed to customers.

- Coordinate with all the internal departments for smooth flow of information for timely delivery.

- Continuously keeping the project status ready for reporting to management and customers.

- Resolving the queries (technical / alternate material / commercial / QAP etc) at various stages of execution.

- Discussion with customers for any techno-commercial queries and alignments.

- Support design team in the document’s approval process.

- Support purchase and planning team in inventory reduction topic.

- Support operation team during execution of the project.

- Support finance team to align commercial aspects and payments follow up process with customers.

- Support field service team with engineering knowledge during site commissioning / troubleshooting.

- Support your leader in standardization process (components / processes) for future strategic approach.

- Maintain the final versions of executed projects (As built documents).
