Role Description The Project Executive is a full-time, in office role located in Nashik, responsible for coordinating and overseeing dosing and metering pump projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day activities include planning project timelines, coordinating with production, procurement, and quality teams, and ensuring projects meet technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements. The role involves preparing and maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, handling basic cost and resource planning, and supporting installation and commissioning activities as needed.

Executive will communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders, provide status updates, address issues, and support continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities, including tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Skills in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis to maintain accurate project records and performance summaries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or industrial equipment, preferably dosing/metering pumps or similar process industry systems.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with common office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets; familiarity with project management software is an advantage).
- Relevant degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field; experience in manufacturing or process industries is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nashik and occasionally visit customer or project locations as required.
