Loom Crafts is hiring 4 Project Engineers - Prefab Operations at our Ghaziabad head office/factory.

Salary: Rs. 35,000-50,000 per month TAKE-HOME.

Qualification: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Reporting to: General Manager - Prefab Division.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Working hours: As per the company's standard schedule.

Work location: In person at Ghaziabad. No travel required; site execution is coordinated remotely.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned prefab cottages and homes, from design readiness and production through dispatch, site execution and final handover. Large orders will be divided into defined cottage allocations, with each engineer accountable for completing their assigned units.

Previous prefab experience is NOT required. Loom Crafts will provide training according to our standard operating procedures (SOPs).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand the scope, approved specifications and drawings for assigned cottages and maintain a schedule covering all delivery stages.
- Coordinate with design for approved drawings and technical clarifications.
- Follow up with purchase and stores for materials and resolve shortages early.
- Coordinate production and fabrication, tracking quality and progress against committed dates.
- Verify dispatch readiness, packing lists and material completeness with dispatch teams.
- Coordinate installation and finishing remotely with site teams, ensuring they have drawings, materials and transparent instructions.
- Obtain site progress updates, photographs and checklists; track pending work and snag closure.




- Maintain a project tracker of commitments, responsibilities, deadlines, risks and decisions.
- Resolve coordination issues and promptly escalate unresolved delays to the General Manager - Prefab Division.
- Obtain required approvals for changes and follow through until documented final handover.

ACCOUNTABILITY You will be the single point of coordination for your assigned cottages. Ownership means identifying problems early, following up with responsible teams, escalating unresolved issues and tracking them to closure. Departmental responsibilities and company approval processes remain in place.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in engineering coordination, production, fabrication, construction or project execution.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong planning, follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate several departments and remote site teams.
- Working knowledge of Excel and progress reporting.
- Willingness to learn prefab systems and follow company SOPs.
