JOB PURPOSE To lead the Program Management team in the effective management of admissions by analysing program and applicant data, monitoring performance, and ensuring process integrity. Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and student enrolment outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic admissions and institutional objectives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

- Admission Strategy: Develop and execute tailored admission strategies.

- Admission Process: Manage end-to-end admission processes, including reviews, interviews, and decision-making.

- Program Coordination: Collaborate with program coordinators and ensure compliance with institutional standards.

- Candidate Evaluation: Assess applicant qualifications and suitability.





- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with faculty and external partners.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant records and utilize MS Excel for data analysis.

- Reporting: Create and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint for data-driven decision-making.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting, CRM tools, ERP implementation, Power BI, Excel, Google work tools
