What You ll Do

✅ Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the contingent workforce hiring lifecycle ✅ Manage requisitions, supplier engagement, candidate shortlisting, onboarding, and offboarding activities

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers and internal stakeholders

✅ Drive hiring delivery for semiconductor and engineering talent requirements

✅ Track program compliance, SLA performance, reporting,



and workforce operations

✅ Leverage VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass to support hiring success

What Were Looking For

✔ 3-5 years of experience in MSP, recruitment, staffing, workforce management, or talent acquisition

✔ Experience supporting semiconductor, engineering, or technology-focused hiring programs preferred

✔ Robust stakeholder and supplier management skills

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✔ Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

✔ Hands-on experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS platforms is highly preferred
