Overall responsibility for flawless and timely introduction of projects - Product kick-off to Introduction.

DEVELOPMENT SCOPE:

1.Familiarity with electronic products(ECU, Controller & Sensor) development and introduction process in auto industry would be the key requirement.

2.Takes full in-charge from the project kick-off to Mass Production Introduction with routine follow-up with all functions & responsible for key inputs on technical and costing support.

3.List of projects, Master Development Plan (MDP) for each project.

PROJECTS STATUS - REVIEWS AND UPDATES:

1.Regular reviews with CFT on project status and key issues highlighted to HOD as escalation & timely completion of activity or task to meet customer milestone.

2.Gate review with status reported, MOMs of CFTs and Functional heads.

ESCALATION:





1.Projects or actions where the plan vs actual can affect the project timeline committed to customers shall be taken up with respective Heads of Functions and agree on remedies to fall in line with targets.

2.Conduct emergency meetings with top management incase of remedies not available or no agreement with functional heads.

3.Timely escalations to management for quick resolution of issues affecting the plan. Periodic (weekly/fortnightly) reviews with top management on general updates on status

TECHNICAL INTERFACE WITH CUSTOMER:

1.Coordinates with Customers for any technical or commercial clarifications. Internal coordination among the functions for any support requirements.

2.MOMs with customers with support from Engg and marketing for Customer discussions
