Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Leader to support business growth and lead the successful delivery of strategic customer programs in the Hebbal region of North Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent service business delivery experience, strong program management capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the Android platform.

The candidate will be responsible for driving program execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing delivery commitments, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage strategic customer programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Drive service business delivery in alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
- Apply strong technical understanding of the Android platform to support program execution and delivery.
- Manage program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate with engineering, technical, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.




- Monitor program performance, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Support business growth through effective program execution and customer engagement.
- Provide regular program status updates and delivery reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in senior-level program management or program leadership.
- Strong service business delivery and customer program management experience.
- In-depth understanding of the Android platform is mandatory.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and managing complex delivery programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hebbal, North Bangalore.

Preferred Candidate Background
- Experience managing Android platform-related programs.
- Background in mobile technology, Android engineering, or related technology services.
- Experience leading customer-facing service delivery programs in a technology services environment.
