Role Description The Program Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. The person in this role will guide learners and institutional partners in selecting and implementing suitable edtech programs, ensuring alignment with academic goals and skill development needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing program counseling to students and parents, conducting information sessions, and supporting enrollment and onboarding processes.

The Program

Advisor will coordinate with internal teams to gather up-to-date program information, address queries,



and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes. This role also involves monitoring learner feedback, preparing basic reports on program performance, and suggesting improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide clear academic and career guidance, and to explain program features and outcomes in an accessible manner.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle inquiries, follow up with prospective learners, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with basic technology and digital tools, including office productivity software and online communication platforms.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation, with the ability to listen actively, address concerns, and build trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field; prior experience in academic advising, counseling, sales, or edtech is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Kanpur, collaborate within a team, and adapt in a fast-evolving educational and technology environment.
