Role Description The Program Associate is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This position supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs related to training, deployment, and ongoing support of delivery personnel. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking program activities and outcomes, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The Program

Associate will engage with participants, address queries, gather feedback, and help improve processes and program design.



The role also involves assisting in projects, research, data analysis, and operational tasks to ensure programs run efficiently and align with Even Cargo’s mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and support program participants.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to collect data, interpret findings, and contribute to program improvements.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in social impact, logistics, or community-oriented programs is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, development studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, presentations, communication platforms) and willingness to learn new systems is advantageous.
