- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support environments.
- Strong understanding of Java-based applications and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as:
- Grafana
- Kibana
- Loki
- Prometheus
- Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Strong scripting skills using Shell Scripting and/or Python.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
