Our products are in high demand with Original Equipment (OEMs) & Machinery Manufacturers working in industries like Steel, Cement, Textile, Printing, Packaging, Infrastructure, Material Handling etc. PAN India.

As we gear up for our next growth phase, we are seeking a Production Supervisor who will assist our organization to supervise and manage the production.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production activities on the shop floor, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and achieving production targets within the planned timelines.

The candidate should have good knowledge of machining, assembly, mechanical/electrical work, production processes, and shop-floor management.

· Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily production activities as per the approved production plan.
- Allocate work to operators, technicians, fabricators, and helpers based on production requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Projects, and Maintenance teams for smooth production.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and production documents.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials, components, tools, consumables, and manpower.
- Follow up with Stores/Purchase for material shortages and coordinate for timely availability.




- Monitor work progress and report delays, breakdowns, shortages, or technical issues to the management.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, machines, tools, and other resources.
- Conduct regular shop-floor inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and workplace discipline.
- Perform any other production-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification:

Preferred

- ITI / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

- 3 years as production supervisor
- 5 to 10 years production experience of various machinery like lathe, drilling, milling, grinding etc.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing of industrial brakes, clutches, electric motors and gearboxes will be preferred.
- Candidates with proven track record and experience in Factory and Labour Management will be preferred

Other Requirement: Candidate should be willing to work for 12 hours shift.
