Position Summary
Responsible for supervising daily production operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, food safety compliance, and manpower productivity are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise shift operations and production lines
- Monitor daily production targets and output
- Manage manpower deployment and attendance
- Ensure GMP, hygiene and food safety compliance
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Store teams
- Minimise wastage and downtime
- Maintain production records and reports
• Ensure protected working practices on the shop floor
Eligibility
- Experience in shift handling and manpower management
- Good communication and team-handling skills
