Production

Planning & Preprocessing Operations

- Supervise raw material intake: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and weighing of live or fresh raw crab shipments from suppliers or vessels.

- Coordinate the preprocessing workflow: Assign tasks to workers across initial cleaning, soaking, washing, de-shelling, or steaming stations.

- Monitor productivity & yields: Track raw product usage versus the volume of preprocessed crab meat generated; take immediate corrective action to minimize wastage.

- Maintain inventory & supplies: Ensure preprocessing supplies (such as crushed block ice, sanitizing agents, and transport bins) are always available.

2. Food Safety, Quality Control & Compliance

- Enforce seafood safety standards: Verify that all steps comply with established HACCP plans, FDA seafood guidelines, and internal Quality Assurance protocols.

- Manage the cold chain: Closely monitor water, ice, and room temperatures to prevent spoilage and maintain product integrity during the initial processing stages.





- Conduct hygiene inspections: Enforce strict personal hygiene rules, proper protective equipment (PPE) usage, and contamination-prevention processes among workers.

- Maintain data logs: Keep precise records of batch codes, initial weights, cooling times, and equipment sanitation schedules.

3. Team Supervision & Training

- Lead shift briefings: Communicate daily production quotas, quality expectations, and safety updates to the preprocessing crew.

- Train personnel: Educate new hires on safe handling techniques, specialized manual extraction tools, and mechanical deshelling machinery.

- Manage attendance and performance: Track staff hours, evaluate productivity, and address workplace behavioral or operational concerns.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
