Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
- Manage and allocate manpower across production lines and shifts.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily output reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
