Execute daily and shift-wise production plans to meet output targets
Allocate manpower, machines, and materials as per shift req hourly production, OEE,cycle time, and machine utilisation
Ensure adherence to SOPs, Control Plans, and quality IATF/ISO
Required Candidate profile
Conduct in-process inspections
Supervise operators; manage shift activities, training, and discipline
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC, and Stores for issue resolution
