Industry: Injection Moulding (Mandatory)

Location: Ecotech 1 Extension, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 7–8 Years

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.

Handle injection moulding machines, production planning, and process optimization.

Monitor production quality, cycle time, machine utilization, and rejection rates.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.

Troubleshoot production and mould-related issues to minimize downtime.

Implement safety standards, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.

Maintain production reports, shift records, and other relevant documentation.

Lead and supervise production operators and supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/B.Tech. in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering preferred.





7–8 years of experience in the Injection Moulding Industry is mandatory.

Robust knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, and processing parameters.

Experience in production planning, manpower management, and quality control.

Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
