Production Coordinator Location: Thane (Kolshet), in office,

Mon-Fri, 10 AM-7 PM

Experience: 2-4 years in video/film production, ad films, events, or digital content

Reports to: Founders / Head of Production

Responsibilities

● Plan and schedule shoots: crew, equipment, locations, permissions, and call sheets

● Coordinate with clients, crew, and vendors before, during, and after shoots

● Manage on-set logistics and make sure shoots run on time and on budget

● Handle footage and file management: ingest, backups, folder structure, and handover to editors

● Coordinate with freelance editors on timelines, feedback rounds, and final delivery

● Track project status, deadlines, and expenses, and update management regularly

● Do a basic quality check of edits before they go to clients Requirements

● Hands-on experience with shoots (camera, lighting, and audio basics are a plus)

● Robust organization, follow-up, and communication skills

● Basic knowledge of post-production workflow (editing, color, sound, delivery formats)

● Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and project tracking tools

Qualifications and Experience





● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies or a related field preferred.

● 3–5 years of relevant experience in production coordination, video production, film production or media operations.

● Demonstrated experience coordinating shoots, crew, equipment, vendors and production logistics.

● Experience maintaining budgets, production schedules and equipment records is preferred.

● Candidates with experience in advertising films, branded content, corporate videos, digital media or similar production environments will be preferred.

Good to have: basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve), drone or gimbal handling

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
