Designation: Head of Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Mode: WFO Office (Factory)

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

CTC: 12 to 18 LPA

Employment Type: Full time

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end factory operations, including production, quality assurance, testing, and dispatch.
- Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC), inventory, and stock accuracy.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for electrical components, cables, switchgear, and sheet-metal enclosures.
- Ensure timely production and delivery as per committed schedules.
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and resolve customer quality complaints.
- Lead and monitor the performance of purchase, QA & testing, and production teams.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong experience in electrical panel, switchgear, or control panel manufacturing.




- Proven experience managing production floors and factory operations.
- Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and vendor development.
- Experience handling quality issues and technical customer complaints.
- Working knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati is preferred.
