Role Description The Production and Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities to ensure that output meets required targets, timelines, and quality standards. The manager will establish and implement quality control procedures, monitor processes, and conduct inspections to maintain compliance with company and industry requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, optimizing workflows, and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and defects. The role also requires maintaining documentation, analyzing performance data,



driving continuous improvement initiatives, and training staff in best practices for production and quality.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in production management, operations supervision, or manufacturing leadership roles.
- Strong background in quality assurance, quality control methodologies, and process improvement practices.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Proficiency in using production planning tools, documentation systems, and basic office software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance relevant to production environments.
- AMT DIPLOMA in , industrial management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
