We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner – Lab Informatics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Lab Informatics to support a global laboratory systems transformation programme involving migration from BIOVIA ELN to Revvity Signals across multiple R&D; sites.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between scientific teams and technology implementation teams, ensuring laboratory workflows, business requirements, data migration, and validation activities align with end-user needs and regulatory expectations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with R&D; scientists across chemistry, biology, and formulation.
- Map existing laboratory workflows and translate them into functional requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support ELN/LIMS migration, including business data mapping, completeness checks, exception handling, and data acceptance.
- Coordinate with implementation vendors, IT, QA, and CSV/validation teams to ensure requirements and compliance alignment.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business sign-off.




- Drive change management, end-user training, documentation, and adoption across multiple global sites.
- Maintain requirements traceability and support GxP validation activities.

? Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO environments.
- MSc or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong understanding of scientific and laboratory workflows.
- Experience with ELN/LIMS platforms; Revvity Signals experience is preferred .
- Experience with BIOVIA ELN, IDBS, LabVantage, or comparable laboratory informatics platforms will be considered.
- Hands-on experience in requirements management, legacy system migration, UAT, and global rollouts.
- Understanding of GxP, change control, requirements traceability, and CSV/CSA validation practices.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
