Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead product planning, requirements, and project delivery for software, firmware, and wireless connectivity solutions used in horticultural lighting and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead software and connected-device development projects from planning to release.
- Coordinate with engineering, hardware, sales, service, and production teams.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee requirements for software, firmware, web interfaces, cloud services, and device connectivity.
- Coordinate product testing, releases, documentation, and customer feedback.
- Manage external vendors and technology partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree in Electronics, Computer Science,



Electronics & Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software or connected-product development, including at least 2 years leading projects or teams.
- Experience in product requirements, project planning, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of embedded firmware, control software, web interfaces, and cloud services.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Ethernet, LoRaWAN, and connected-device systems.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in horticultural lighting, greenhouse automation, agriculture technology, or Industrial IoT.
- Knowledge of MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, or REST APIs.
- Familiarity with device security, firmware updates, and wireless product certification.
- Experience working with international customers and technology partners.

Travel: Customer and partner visits may be required.
