JD for C&I; Product manager.

Manage the lifecycle of control and instrumentation products, including selection, technical evaluation, costing, sales support, project coordination, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Product & Market Management: Manage product portfolios, track technologies and competitors, identify opportunities, and develop pricing and market strategies.

● Technical Solutions: Assess customer requirements and recommend instruments, automation products, PLC/SCADA systems, sensors, analyzers, and control solutions.

● Sales & Tender Support: Support customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, technical offers, BOQ reviews, costing, quotations, and bid preparation.

● Vendor Coordination: Work with domestic and international OEMs on specifications, quotations, training, negotiations, and new partnerships.

● Project Coordination: Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and commissioning teams to ensure accurate selection and timely delivery.

● Customer & Business Development: Build relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and end customers while developing new accounts and opportunities.

● Documentation & Training: Maintain catalogues, datasheets, selection guides,



and technical documentation; train internal teams on product applications.

Required Skills

● Robust knowledge of instrumentation, industrial automation, PLC/SCADA, control panels, and analytical instruments.

● Experience in technical sales, product management, estimation, or project engineering.

● Ability to interpret P&IDs;, specifications, datasheets, tender documents, and BOQs.

● Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and technical documentation.

● Willingness to travel for customer meetings, vendor visits, and projects.

● Product sales, gross margin, and tender conversion.

● New customer, market, product, and OEM partnership development.

● Successful technical approvals and business opportunities.

● Accuracy and timeliness of costing, quotations, technical support, and delivery coordination.
