- 12+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.

- 3+ years of experience leading teams.

- Strong experience in the healthcare provider domain (e.g., hospitals, health systems, revenue cycle, clinical systems).

- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on requirements and delivery.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with distributed/global team.

- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in US Healthcare/ Supply Chain.

- Experience managing product portfolios, prioritization and roadmap planning.

- End to end product ownership from strategy through delivery, launch, support and continuous improvement.

- Experience leading Product Managers, Product Owners or Business Analysts.

- Solid coaching, mentoring and product capability building experience.





- Proven experience establishing Product Management frameworks, governance and best practices.

- Strong customer centric mindset with the ability to translate business and customer needs into product solutions and requirements.

- Accountable for product outcomes, including business impact, customer satisfaction, adoption and quality.

- Strong collaboration experience with Engineering, Architecture, QA and Business teams.

- Experience managing risks, dependencies, testing, release readiness, production launches and postproduction support.

- Strong Agile product development and stakeholder management experience.
