Eastman Auto & Power Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of our products. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, the market, and customer needs.

Technical Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements
- Design basic solar PV system solutions (rooftop and ground-mounted)
- Prepare technical proposals, system layouts, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with installation teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure proper system commissioning, handover, and customer satisfaction

Sales Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Present solar solutions, explaining ROI, savings, and long-term benefits




- Negotiate pricing and successfully close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing Responsibilities

- Promote solar products and services through online and offline channels
- Support digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, email marketing)
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and awareness campaigns
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
- Develop partnerships with builders, contractors, and business clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/PG Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and components
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with valuable customer-handling ability
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts
