Purpose of role : To lead and handle the Customer & Internal technical requirements of CEPS Product - Mechanical

CEPS TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS : 1. Review & release the Child parts, Sub-Assembly &

- Saleable assembly design -- BOM, Product Specs, Drawings, DSS &
- DFMEA release with accuracy.
- Responsible for Program - Customer and Internal milestone - Successful completion of PE role under CPI steps as targeted for the Program.
- Manage SOR / DV builds / Proto samples / Component and Product level testing requirements - Validation Plan &
- Report agreement with Validation Engineer and Customer.
- Problem solving - Customer &
- Internal quality issues and concerns raised - Quick response and progress to the quality issues and concerns - No escalation from Customer and Internal team.
- Change management / NCAS / MCIP / MAPP / Deviation protocol to be followed - Meeting the requirements as per Nexteer Internal guidelines.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, Tolerance Stack up &
- Fits calculations - Accuracy of 3d & 2d data to be prepared and maintained as per Customer &
- Nexteer requirements. 7. 5-10 Years of Product Engineering experience, Preferably in Steering Products.
