Job Title: Procurement Executive (Supply Chain / Global Trade)

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: Up to ₹7,00,000 per year

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end vendor and service provider relationships. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, process excellence, and seamless collaboration across internal teams and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end vendor and service provider life cycle (Procure-2-Pay).
- Maintain existing rates and identify continuous opportunities for cost and process optimization.
- Conduct regular sync-ups with Operations, Sales, Tech, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Build and scale strategic partnerships with both domestic and international partners.
- Map and internalize regulatory, operational, and partner requirements to support Xhipment’s expansion into new global geographies.
- Review, analyze, and skillfully negotiate vendor and service contracts.

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in procurement, pricing, or related supply chain fields.
- Education:



Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Degrees in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred).
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in reviewing figures/documents and the ability to uncover hidden or embedded costs in vendor rate cards.
- Communication & Global Mindset: Fluency in written/spoken English and comfort working across international time zones.
- Tech-Savvy: AI fluency—comfortable using AI tools to find solutions and accelerate tasks.
- Execution Skills: Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving obsession.
