Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and issuance of purchase orders to support Zesty Vibe’s product lines.

The Procurement

Executive will coordinate with farmers, FPOs, and manufacturing partners to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.



Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, tracking order status, resolving delivery or quality issues, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as supply chain, production, and finance to align procurement plans with business needs and expansion goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management.
- Candidates should be proficient in preparing, reviewing, and managing purchase orders.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical skills for cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and demand forecasting.
- Candidates should have effective communication skills for working with farmers, FPOs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within food, agriculture, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and use basic ERP or procurement software is advantageous.
