Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize IT spend, improve quality, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop RFXs (Requests for Proposal) for software solutions.
- Analyze vendor responses to determine best fit for the organization's needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
Job Requirements :
- 9-12 years of experience in IT Sourcing or related field.
- Solid understanding of technology trends, including software solutions for various industries.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
