Experience: 4–8 years

Machine Requirement: Minimum 6-station ELS Rotogravure Printing Machine

Industry Preference: Flexible Packaging / Printed Packaging Films / Metallized Film Manufacturing.

Role

We are looking for an experienced Printing Machine Operator who can independently operate an ELS rotogravure printing machine and has practical experience with adaptable packaging films, including metallized films.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independently operate a minimum 6-station ELS rotogravure printing machine.
2. Handle printing operations on flexible packaging films, including metallized films and other packaging substrates.
3. Perform machine setup, job changeovers and printing adjustments according to production requirements.
4. Monitor print registration, colour consistency, ink application and overall print quality.
5. Identify and troubleshoot printing defects such as registration mismatch, colour variation,



smudging and other print-related issues.
6. Monitor machine parameters and maintain consistent printing quality throughout production.
7. Minimize material wastage and ensure production targets are achieved.
8. Coordinate with the Quality Control and Production teams to resolve quality issues.
9. Follow machine safety procedures, production standards and workplace housekeeping requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in printing machine operation.
- Minimum 3 years of independent experience operating a 6-station or higher ELS rotogravure printing machine.
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with metallized films and flexible packaging films is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of printing processes, machine setup, registration control, print defects and troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate the machine independently while maintaining production and quality standards.
