Position: School Principal

Location: Nagarbhavi,Bangalore

Qualification: Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. B.Ed. required/preferred as per school norms.

Experience: Prior experience in school administration and academic leadership is preferred.

Language Preference: Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Supervise teachers and other school staff.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student discipline.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, examinations, and academic performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, management, and students.
- Organize staff meetings,



parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and applicable education regulations.
- Support teacher development and continuous improvement in school performance.
