What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Calling / Customer Service / Call Centre

Excellent English & Hindi communication skills

Marathi knowledge is an added advantage

Solid customer handling & listening skills

Ability to understand customer requirements and build rapport

Good follow-up and objection-handling skills

Basic knowledge of CRM & computer applications

Real Estate / Sales calling experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities





- Handle outbound & existing customer calls
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, configuration & purchase timeline
- Recommend suitable real estate projects
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain customer records and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads
- Achieve assigned calling and customer engagement targets
